How We Work
SynthFlux services engagements follow a structured delivery model: Discovery, Architecture, Build, Validate, and Handoff. Each phase produces documented artefacts that your team retains permanently. We do not create vendor lock-in — our goal is to leave you with a self-sufficient synthesis capability.
Architecture review — Discovery and design phase
Engagements typically begin with a two-day Discovery sprint at your offices or our Toronto studio. We map existing systems, interview stakeholders, and assess synthesis maturity. The output is a Synthesis Readiness Report with prioritised recommendations.
Following Discovery, clients choose from our service offerings below or commission a bespoke engagement. All work is scoped with fixed deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria before commencement.

Architecture Review
Independent assessment of your proposed or existing synthesis architecture. We evaluate model selection, data flows, security posture, cost projections, and compliance alignment. Deliverable: signed Architecture Review Report with risk register.

Pipeline Integration Deep Dive
Our most requested service connects synthesis outputs to the systems your business already runs. We have integrated with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, custom .NET and Java applications, and data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.
Integration engagements include load testing, failure mode analysis, and runbook documentation. Your operations team receives hands-on training during the Handoff phase, with 30 days of post-deployment support included in every integration contract.
